I enjoy looking at houses and always check with Dan when I find something particularly interesting. Dan quickly schedules a showing and typically arrives with information on comps. One of my favorite things about Dan is the way he looks over each property, inside and outside. He doesn't sugar-coat anything, either. Then he offers reasonable estimates of the costs we might expect would be required to improve the house and add value. Dan can also recommend excellent bankers and contractors. (less)
